Instructions
Mix pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chili, mirin, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger then set aside.
Prepare the rice or vermicelli as per directions on the packet.
Heat the oil in the pan and cook onion until softened. Add the mince, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and continue to cook until the meat is done and the liquid has thickened. Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
Serve with sliced vegetables, rice cups, rice or noodles, peanuts, fresh herbs and lime wedges
