Ingredients: 750 g rolled oats; 1 cup hulled buckwheat (or an extra cup of oats); 1 cup raw nuts (i like almonds and cashews); 1 cup seeds (i like pumpkin, sunflower and chia); 1/2 cup coconut (thread or chips); 1 tsp cinnamon; ½ tsp ginger; rind of 1 orange; ¼ cup honey; ¼ cup Light olive oil or coconut oil; juice of 2-3 oranges; 1 tsp vanilla
