Gelatin Jellies

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g gelatin powder
  • 500 mL blackcurrant cordial
  • 500 mL boiling water *can adjust for desired consistency of jellies

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
  • Allow to cool slightly then stir in blackcurrant cordial
  • Pour into a square dish and refrigerate or 30 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into 16 cubes and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
  • Consume 2 jellies 60 minutes before rehab or training.

Notes

*You can swap to a lite cordial to reduce the calories and carbohydrates.
