Ingredients
- 120 g gelatin powder
- 500 mL blackcurrant cordial
- 500 mL boiling water *can adjust for desired consistency of jellies
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Allow to cool slightly then stir in blackcurrant cordial
- Pour into a square dish and refrigerate or 30 minutes or until set.
- Cut into 16 cubes and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
- Consume 2 jellies 60 minutes before rehab or training.
