Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour and Greek yogurt and mix well, until fully combined.
Lightly flour a kitchen surface or chopping board. Gently kneed the dough, flattening it out into a circular shape. Slice into 4 even pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and use your finger to make a hole in the centre.
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and drop the bagels one at a time, making sure they have enough room to float around. Cook the bagels for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a rack and allow to dry.
Once dry, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning or toppings.
Place onto the lined tray and bake for 20 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through. Remove from the oven and allow bagels to cool.
Slice, toast, top, whatever you want!
