Our Nutrition Fundamentals for Athletes Course will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive and stay healthy so that you can perform in your sport and in life. It provides a great foundation for you to build on your performance nutrition going forward.
We know there is also a lot of nutrition misinformation out there – it is an absolute minefield. But, once you have completed this course you will be able to filter out the sound nutrition advice from the quackery.
Over this course we will introduce to (or refresh you on) 6 basic nutrition concepts, these include:
- Energy
- Carbohydrates
- Protein
- Fat
- Hydration
- Sleep – OK we know this isn’t nutrition as such but the impact sleep has on how and what we eat (and vice versa) makes it worthy of an honorary mention
